At the heart of upstate of South Carolina, in the tightknit town of Duncan, an idea was born. Which became a life’s mission. To help people with financial hardship, whose circumstances were caused by high inflation, which meant less money to live a comfortable life. For South Carolina, the rest of the country and our family, this was not an easy thing to accept.

Rethinking the real estate thing.

Seemingly overnight, everything became more expensive. Like when our first family home sold, we were shocked by how much 6% commission actually was and thought we gave away much more than that. Made us rethink the whole real estate agent idea, should we ever sell again.

Fueled by community.

That was the moment I decided to make a major shift. Offer people the option to work with someone who truly has their best interests at heart.
