Non-Refundable Purchases and Service Requirements
Non-Refundable Purchases:
All products and services purchased through the iList Realty website (www.iListRealty.co) are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
In the event iList Realty agrees to provide a return or exchange of a product, you should mail your product to our office, address to be provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
MLS Listing Requirements:
If you purchase a listing service for the MLS and fail to complete all required documentation or meet the requirements allowing iList Realty to post the listing within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued for the unused service. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.
Service Upgrades:
Any additional service upgrades, such as photography, general contracting consultations, or other optional services, must be paid in full before service is completed. These service upgrades are non-refundable, regardless of whether they are utilized or completed.
